Donna’s ability to save mutimillions of dollars in healthcare benefits has led her to serving as Chief Client Engagement Officer of Health West. She engages employers in identifying key cost savings while ensuring that their workforce maintains quality healthcare.

John brings over 35 years of executive experience from leading brokerage and consulting firms to Health West.
John co-founded Group Benefit Services (GBS) Utah’s dominant health brokerage. He founded Southwest Benefits/NCA, a brokerage and consulting firm insuring companies throughout the Southwest—Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas and Utah. John is always seeking products and creative resources to help save his clients money. He saved 3 Casino’s in Nevada $2 million a year; $45 million over 15 years for a San Antonio client and a large Union client $30 million a year.
